Policies and Guarantee

Privacy Policy

We at Laptop Parts To Go LLC respect your privacy, and don't believe in any of that secret room on the 6th floor, Narus 6400 stuff. So, we have a very simple policy to protect your privacy:We will not sell, rent, lease, or transfer ANY of your personal information to any other company or business, for any reason.

We do collect two types of data: info that helps us know how you found us (click links, banner ads, search, etc.) and also info that you provide when signing up for promotions or placing an order. We use these two types of info to improve our operations, to help process your order, and to offer the best customer service we possibly can. Examples of this are notifying you of promotions, confirming your order, tracking your shipments, or to ask a question regarding your order. You can also unsubscribe to our promotions at any time.

Payments

We accept Paypal as your direct payment form.  If you would prefer to pay by credit card then you must call in your order.  You may also request to do a direct bank wire.

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover however we would prefer you use them through Paypal when checking out for both our protection and yours.

Paypal:

We also accept Paypal. When purchasing with Paypal, please note that you will exit the Laptop Parts To Go website and be redirected to the Paypal website during the checkout process. You should continue until you receive a confirmation message from Paypal, assuring that your payment has been completed. If you do not complete this process, your order cannot be filled and shipped. If you pay using Paypal e-Check's feature, this will delay shipment of your order until the e-Check has cleared.

Cashiers Checks and Money Orders:

We also accept Bank Checks and Money Orders. However, please note that we will not ship your order until we receive and clear your payment. We cannot hold inventory for you until it clears, so please provide your contact info in case the item you ordered has sold out.

Order Processing

We pride ourselves on our fast and accurate shipping. Orders received before 2 PM are processed and shipped same or maximum next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped next business day.  Generally, we process and ship orders within 2 - 3 business HOURS. Please note that we do our best to process and ship quickly, but once delivered to the carrier, the carrier determines the shipping time and actual delivery date.

Shipping

We use USPS Ground for shipments within the continental United States and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping Policy

All orders in the continental US will receive free shipping.    In some cases, items that require special packing or oversize items may require additional shipping fees, however, we avoid this practice in all but the most extreme situations.

International Orders

We welcome international orders and ship to most countries around the world. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders are shipped same or maximum next business day. Please note that we do our best to process and ship quickly, but once delivered to the carrier, the carrier determines the shipping time and actual delivery date.

Customs Disclaimer

Orders are sent with USPS documents reflecting the actual purchase cost of your transaction. Please note that we never, ever, alter invoices, packing lists, or any documents of any kind to reflect a lower or different purchase value for customs purposes. US and International government regulations prohibit this act.

Import duties, taxes, charges, or fees for clearing customs in your country are NOT included in the item price, shipping charges, or invoice total. These costs are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

Our return policy is simple: If your product does not fit or you are unsatisfied with it in any way, we will gladly refund you or exchange the item for another size, color, etc. within 30 days of your purchase. As long as the product is in 100% new, sellable condition refunds and exchanges will be processed promptly, without delays, restock fees, or hassles, just good service.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must meet the following criteria:

Returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization number (RMA#)

They must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date, and

They must be in 100% new, sellable condition. This means unused and undamaged.

That's it. As long as your return meets this criteria, we will process it promptly, without fees or hassles. If your return does not meet this criteria it may be ineligible for a refund, but generally speaking, we try to accommodate customer requests whenever possible. Exchanges

For exchanges, buyer is responsible for freight to return the product, plus the cost to send out a replacement. Sorry, but replacement items on exchanges are not eligible for free freight. If we do not have the item you want in stock, we can order it for you, or a refund for the original purchase price (minus the original freight costs) will be issued.

Refunds

You also have the option to request a refund. Refunds are given for the product cost only, we do not refund freight charges, and we refund only to the payment account used to make your purchase. We do not give cash refunds.

The amount refunded will be for the price paid for your item, minus any original shipping fees. Please note this includes orders that were shipped "Free Freight", If you return the item for a refund we will calculate and deduct the original freight costs. For International returns, customs fees, import duties, taxes, etc. are non-refundable.

Shipping your return

We recommend you ship your return back to us via USPS Priority Mail. These services are the most professional and have the best tracking features (so your return does not get lost). For your protection, shipments MUST be sent back to us with a verification signature required. This is so you can verify that we received it. Laptop Parts To Go assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization number (RMA#) assigned in advance. Please contact us PRIOR to return-shipping your item to obtain your RMA#. We will issue this to you via email, along with a document instructing us how you would like us to process your return. Please write this number on the outside of the box, and include a copy of the RMA form within. If possible, include a copy of your original invoice inside. Sorry, but items returned without an RMA# are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

If your return does not meet this criteria it may be ineligible for a refund, and refused or return-shipped back to you at your expense, assessed a return fee, or some combination of these options at the sole discretion of Atomic-Moto. Warranty Returns

We sell only high-quality items, but sometimes, "stuff happens". If you experience a problem with your item, and feel it is defective in some way, please contact us immediately. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly, we will deal with them for you and haggle with them on your behalf.

Policy Updates

Laptop Parts To Go reserves the right to make changes to any of these policies at any time by sending an email or posting the changes on our website.
